Comparison
Originally they used linear call center furniture in one area of the facility. In other areas they had CenterCore Pods and 4-plus-1’s. When compared side by side the CenterCore product was a better choice in terms of space savings, durability, ergonomics, functionality and value. We didn’t have to sell our products, they sold themselves. |

Customization
CenterCore’s experienced design team worked with Frontier Communications architects and property management to customize CenterCore’s pod product to maximize use of their existing space to avoid costly and time consuming new construction. CenterCore then deployed it’s in house installation team to ensure that the install was done efficiently in response to a challenging time line. The new call center was able to begin operating quickly. The company minimized any potential revenue losses.

Contact Service Centers Moving Forward
Business analysts predict a significant surge in the return of overseas outsourced contact center service centers to the United States. The loss in customer care and perceived savings from overseas outsourcing were just not there. Additionally, the perceived benefit to recto-linear systems was miscalculated in comparison with cluster furniture system benefits.
